I had a credit card for 12 years that started with Providian, went to WAMU, and then was bought out by Chase. I have a perfect credit report, wonderful credit score. I have NEVER missed any payments

ever.



I got a letter from Chase that they closed my account. My balance was on $400 on a $5,000 line of credit

. When I called them, they were RUDE, NASTY and totally unprofessional They would not help me at all.
